How will PLC mitigate noise at the staging yard?

The noise levels at the batch plant will be kept at or below Garland Noise Ordinance requirements at the property line. As a noise mitigation strategy, PLC is required to position the batch plant equipment as far south on the premises as reasonably practicable to provide maximum distance from the closest residents located north of the staging yard.
