Expired Driver’s License - you must present proof of correction and pay the administration fee to the court within 20 working days of the violation

Fail to Update Name or Address on Driver’s License - you must present proof of correction and pay the fee to the court within 20 working days of the violation

Expired Motor Vehicle Registration - registration cannot be expired more than 60 days from violation date and proof must be presented and fee paid to the court within 20 working days of the violation

Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility - either you or the vehicle must be covered on an active policy on the date and at the time of the violation.  Proof should be presented within 12 days of the violation.
