If you qualify, you can request the driver safety course or deferred disposition. If you successfully complete the program the case will be dismissed and will not be reported to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) as a conviction. You can apply for deferred disposition or the driver safety course online through the online services link.
All records requests are handled through the City Secretary's office.
